Handmade in Juneau, AK
Made from 8 different woods (top down: Alaskan yellow cedar, Claro walnut, Hawaiian Koa, white oak, hard maple, cherry, black walnut base with a poplar post) and finished in 100% beeswax and pure food grade mineral oil. This is a natural toy safe for all ages. Each piece is sanded smooth, but it still gives a child the chance to feel the different grains and even taste/smell the different wood types.

About the Artist:
For Travis Clark Morris, creating items that are beautiful, functional, and crafted by hand has always been a passion. Clark is a theatre artist, educator, & maker who grew up in the Pacific Northwest and trained in New York City. He began with carpentry as a set and props builder for the theatre and in 2021 had the good fortune to begin learning the furniture trade in upstate New York.
